The Astroturf is floodlit and is the size of 3 tennis courts. It is marked out for 5-a-side football with inbuilt goals and is available for hire for hourly periods on a block or single weekly basis during the winter; enquire here.
Hire the AstropitchThe Astropitch is available for hire to members and non-members alike. For booking enquiries and more details, please contact: David Withington by email or call 0161 439 3073. Users should note that the club cannot provide First Aid cover when activities are taking place, so Sections and individuals are therefore responsible for making their own provision. A basic First Aid kit is provided in the second drawer in the kitchen area in the Badminton Hall, and an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is mounted on the wall between the entrance doors. A telephone is located in the kiosk under the stairs in the entrance foyer from which emergency 999 calls can be made. |
